My Dream
I Have A Dream
I have a dream of a Church where everyone who walks in is greeted with a
smile, a handshake or a hug. Regardless of their appearance, colour,
nationality, new person or long standing member age or social standing;
New person or long standing member.
I have a dream that when that person is welcomed into the house they will
feel at ease, at home and accepted. That they will have help and assistance.
They will not feel awkward but instead special and cared for.
I have a dream that they will be shown to a seat that is waiting just for
them, that others will move aside if need be to make way, preferring one
another.
That, once in that seat, others will welcome them like a long lost family
member.
I have a dream that during the service external needs are met with good
sound, lighting, visuals and appropriate temperature.
That any questions are answered by assistance around.
I have a dream that there are numbers of people just waiting to welcome each
other.
I have dream that at the end of the service no one would slip out without
being noticed. That every person would have a listening ear for someone.
That access to information is easy and becoming part of the family is just
natural.
I have a dream that because of the environment we have created God comes and
works in people's lives...
This is my dream but I want it to be your dream, more than that I want us to
be part of a team that creates this dream……...
